SankalpTaru Foundation is an NGO, having its office at Plot no. 12, Dhoran Khas, Kishanpur, Near ST. Xaviers School, Canal Road, Uttarakhand -248001, which has its online portal at http://www.sankalptaru.org/ (the “Site”) By using (browsing or donating on) our Site or by subscribing to or using any of our services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of the Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

SankalpTaru Foundation allows citizens and companies to make donations in order to support SankalpTaru Foundation in its mission to plant trees via its various “Plantation Projects”.

The term ” SankalpTaru Foundation” or “us”, “our” or “we” refers to the owner of the Site, i.e., SankalpTaru Foundation. The term “you” refers to you, the user or viewer of our Site or any of the Services.

SankalpTaru Foundation understands you care how we handle your personal information and we take this matter very seriously. We take your privacy seriously and does not compromise on taking stringent measures in protecting your information including user, payment and order data. We collect this information only in connection with specific activities, such as plantations, orders, donations ask, campaigns, feedback, surveys, email newsletter subscriptions, etc. You don’t have to disclose any of this information if you do not wish to.

• Non-personal information

SankalpTaru Foundation collects data such as IP address (the location of the computer on the internet), pages accessed and files downloaded. This helps us to determine how many individuals use our site, how many people visit on a regular basis, which pages are most popular, and which pages are least popular. This information doesn’t tell us anything about who you are, it simply allows us to monitor and improve our service.

We use Google Analytics including Display Advertising (e.g., Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting. Visitors can[ST1]  opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings.
